The PIN never reaches us. The prompt opens on the tenant’s own phone and the money goes to your account. We only ever see that it cleared.

You are billed on occupied units only. A vacant unit already costs you money. Charging you for it would not be fair.

The maths fits in your head: occupied units × the rate, or the monthly minimum, whichever is higher. Above 400 units, KES 50.
